Whatever makes you happy other than that, some vehicles are hard on oil and some are not and even depends on brands and weight. I've had cars that woukd eat certain brands for some reason and smoke with a different brand.
My old man taught me years ago that staying on top of it and changing it regularly is the easiest and cheapest thing you can do to increase the longevity of a vehicle.
