[QUOTE=C3C7NIC;1877477]Funeral for Jeffrey Friday. This one is going to be extra hard.
On a brighter note, Jeff coached his sons baseball team, the day after he passed they had a game. His wife posted this about Owen's game (Jeff's son) So glad she is trying to maintain a level of normalcy for the kids.
"Find me a field where the worst day of an 8 year old boy's life can turn into one of the biggest moments of his young life
Find me a field where hundreds of baseball fans and players, from all age groups and organizations, come together and cheer for the same win
Find me a field where that same little boy found his inner strength to take the mound today, in front of so many people
I found that field tonight, and God was there. The heavens screamed Hallelujuah as he pitched a solid game and had an in the park home run.... and his dad had a front row seat.
What I witnessed tonight was far more than just baseball... if you were there, I hope you felt it too. From the very bottom of this momma's broken heart, thank you!"
Kid is gonna be a baller just like his Daddy was.
Prayers sent from Florida to you and yours, find strength in God, remember the good times and stay Blessed.
