I would say: post the name of the shop for good P/R, but I guess they don’t need it if they offer that kind of service. Glad it worked out.
A Subaru dealer in Tahoe screwed up a water pump replacement and I was stuck with the bill in California at my dad’s when it failed. My daughter overheated the car on the way home. They probably didn’t run the engine when adding water. They are no longer in business.
