The Governor of the great state of Pennsylvania,
has made masks mandatory unless you have some medical reason for NOT wearing a mask.
If you have a medical reason for NOT wearing a mask,
we will not ask about that condition as it would violate HIPAA law to do so.
Therefore, if we see that you are not wearing a mask,
we will assume there is a medical reason and you will not be bothered.
