She doesn't need an ER, all an ER will do is turf her (GOMER - Get out of my ER)
She needs a good PCP (primary care doctor) that will do an extensive review of her symptoms and concerns, get a good amount of diagnostic testing and come up with a plan to improve her symptoms.
