Just got back from my Ortho Dr. visit. He showed me pic of my rotator cuff before he repaired. There was almost no cartledge at in in my ball socket. he had to pull and move a bunch to fill some of it back in!!!
Almost all my cuff tendons had frayed away from the top half of the cuff!
He is a shoulder guy and does excellent work! I have very little pain and good mobility, now I have to work on regaling my strength!
