I think EVERY sales outfit, no matter WHAT they selling should be required to provide the name of the company and subject matter of the call......THAT SHOULD be easily done on today's cphones.......
Say 'auto insurance, agency, company,' on the phone.....
or Auto Parts, AutoZone/etc.....for instance.....
