It can happen, my friend had an inoperable brain bleed years ago and yet someone pulled a rabbit out of a hat and fixed it. There's always hope and I hope he can beat this.
My uncle had a tumor removed from his brain twice that was the size of a golf ball back in the early 90s and lived quite a few years against all odds.
