Same here. I was flat out sick and literally lost an entire day to being so sick I was not awake more than a cumulative total of 15 minutes one day. In hindsight, it could very well have been this mess. I could not inhale without coughing. Every joint ached. I blamed the upset stomach on the diet of NyQuil.
