I think the appropriate response is to report the post(s). How do you think your post was found out so quickly?
Why do you think Der is gone? You alert the mods through PM to keep an eye out, maybe compile a PM with say 15 of their bannable posts, then sit back and let nature take its course (while you keep their name out of your mouth).
