Mine is around my neck and shoulders mostly from bad ergonomics and posture. I try to be in a natural position and relaxed but chit gets tense sometimes. Water of a duck’s back to me but still there are moments.
Had a couple of minor motorbike and auto mishaps but fortunately nothing serious. :knockwood: Also a porter here and there that caused some minor ligament issues. Nothing major. :knockwoodagain:
