Oxygen level is staying in the 96 range, not coughing, but fevery. At what point do I find a doctor (I don't have a doctor)

We send pulse oximeters home with our patients. If their O2 drops below 90% on room air, we tell them to come in.
How long will the symptoms last? Hard to say, for MOST, 14 days seems to be average for those that show symptoms like yours. I say that with caution because some are having long term complications long after 14 days.
I would highly recommend getting your hands on a pulmicort (Budesonide) inhaler (inhaled corticosteroid). It can reduce the incident of severe respiratory symptoms and complications.
