buttermilk pancake recipe
I got this recipe from chef ( over "there" ) a few years ago and it's way too good not to share. These are the best pancakes I've ever had 
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs, NOT beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
1-1/4 cups unbleached flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir together the buttermilk, eggs and butter.
Sift together the remaining ingredients.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk GENTLY until smooth
Cook.
