After getting plantar fascitis the recumbant bike is the only thing my foot dr. would allow me to do. And my orthopedic dr. said besides swimming it was the only cardio they condone for the joints.
Although I do think if you had run steadly your whole life like neece i wouldn't stop it.
And I also think there is a world of difference between someone who has perfected a runners stride and an actual PAVEMENT POUNDER . Maaan how i hate them at the gym, they sound like a heffalump chasing an ice cream truck
