FR is usually the slowest to update, it's located furthest from the receiver.

I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Being an 03, it will eventually update even when the car is off and not moving. (obviously, it wasn't at 17psi when you parked it right?).

Driving will usually produce a quicker update, but I've found it can sometimes take many miles before it happens.
Also, being that the car is 9 years old, if you've never replaced them before, your sensor batteries are near or at the end of their life cycle which may also cause slow response.
