Olive oil, fresh cracked black pepper, pink salt, minced garlic, 2 1/2 lbs 85/15 ground beef, onion, red and green bell pepper, can of fire roasted tomatoes, can of green chiles, can of dark red kidney beans (rinsed), can of bush’s grillin beans (with sauce), beer, spices. I also tossed some serranos in olive oil and pink salt and broiled to blackened to add heat in your bowl as desired.
