Jury is still out on that. Regardless, I'm just putting in my time and building my certifications. In this ecosystem, I can be very portable if I desire. For the moment, I am complacent cuz the benefits with mama blue are pretty huge, but it doesn't mean I won't entertain offers. I'm 50...I'm not so inclined to chase the next best thing unless I'm forced too. But travelling 66% of my time yields me zero additional compensation. In fact, it costs me money. Per Diem doesn't cover what I spend on meals, not to mention all of the flights I pay to upgrade to first class.
