The US policy toward Israel is, "Get a bunch of shit free, get more shit free." The taxpayers of the US are being looted by the whole wide world. It would be easier just to list countries that do NOT get US taxpayer welfare than to list all the ones that do. E'erybody all up in the world gettin' our money, and even Trump didn't put a stop to it. He tried, he cut some funding here and there, but didn't really do anything to stop the massive transfer of wealth from the US to the rest of the world.
