Loco, you are preaching to the choir. Same deal with my mom. She never wore them etc. Sent them back right after her stroke. Paid what I was supposed to unenrolled, etc. They just kept up with the billing. I have a photo of the nasty gram I wrote on the bill somewhere. If I can find it, I'll post it up. I was livid....
