The fine line needs to allow Due process. In the past you could get hospitalized without it.

Now the government has been trying to take your firearms without the use of Due process.

I want Due process implemented. If your can be proven to be a danger to yourself and others in a court of law where you face your accusers and have the right to fight them and are found incompetent then you get help and lose some rights. But never lose due process.
