And none of them accept promotions to Sales even if they have a knack for it... And their loyalty to us is almost as high as their loyalty to their trucks!
My favorite is "Big Hungry" right here in Billings. He's been with us 17 years and I knew him when he was a kid. His father has been a longtime customer. I call him a kid but he's anything but. I have customers who buy from us simply because of Big Hungry. Dude is awesome!
