Any you folks have lo back pain and if you tried using an inversion table, and did it help with the sciatica ??
looking at a thing by Teeter, 400 some odd bux.....
went to some sites including Nat. INst. Health arthritis/spine/and skin study group....and they had nothing I could find on the .net about inversion tables....
so watt are yawls comments??
I have a lousey spine all my life, extra lumbar vert....L6 spondalytis been a PIA all my life....so anyone with similar or maybe accident damage...any comments on the inversion therapy......
