I like to split them. I take the thighs, and marinate them in "Soy Ve" for about 2 hours, then cook them slowly on the charcoal grill for 45-60 minutes, or until the meat reaches a temp of about 165. The drumsticks I like to coat with a mixture of flour and spices for a very light breading, then deep fry them at 375 for 13-15 minutes.
