A while back, the wife and I wanted Tito's Tacos. They're worth the trip down the 405. So, we get to the counter to order and I kid you not, the order taker could not speak a lick of English. He couldn't even manage Spanglish. So, I asked, "Is there someone that speaks English". A young lady came and took over.
