Correct.

1 Set of tires lasts "about" 5-6 races for 1 driver. Scrubs are able to be purchased for the front tires, but rears, being 19", need to be bought new. It takes me 2 sets to complete the entire season by myself. More if I run national or other events.

In 2009, I ran 25+ weekends in my car with 2 other drivers. We burned up 6 sets and could have used a 7th. Both of the other drivers are past champions and very aggressive. The faster the driver, the shorter the life of the tires.

Also, this only includes Sunday competition days. Saturdays burn tires too. I will provide the shit tires to practice on Saturdays. Also, Estero Bay Chevrolet will be kicking in tires soon as well.
