It is failing. People know they have to leave at 10:00 and are simply compressing the time, not the activities or the intake.
10 minutes to 10 in a restaurant and people are ordering maragritas like they are at a Mecum auction. "Gimme 3 gimme 3 gimme 4, now 4, need 4 need 4 need 4, hey now we gotta 5 , 5 ,5 gotta 5..."
