No you can't. AND in the state of Georgia, you cannot use your passport as an ID to obtain your real ID driver's license. Valid the world over our DMV fails to recognize "the gold standard" for proof of citizenship. They will however accept the envelope for an electric or telephone bill as proof of address. Go figure...
