I stream content, but is that even available in 4K?

Amazon Prime has a fair amount of 4k, some even in HDR. We finally replaced our 20+ year old Mitsubishi HD rear projection TV with new 4k/HDR Sony and 4k material is pretty amazing.
ATSC 3.0 (4K) is on the air in DFW, Austin, and many other cities but Houston isn't on the list I saw. For now I'd guess most of the content is just 1080 upconverted. And few (any?) existing TVs have ATSC 3.0 tuners. You need a set top box with a tuner to receive ATSC 3.0.
I don't plan to invest in 4K Bluray though I'll get an ATSC 3.0 tuner if enough content becomes available.
