This is the cause of much marital strife in my house. I try to keep one standard, and one Phillip's screwdriver in the junk drawer so that I don't have to truck all the way down to the tool box every time I want to turn a screw. For some reason, this drives my wife insane, and she is forever taking them out of the drawer. The real problem is that when she removes them, she doesn't bother to truck on down to the tool box to put them away properly, so she stashes them someplace. Of course, I notice, and go and get another pair of screwdrivers, and the game is on again.
About once per year, I have to go on a "screwdriver hunt", because the screwdriver drawer in the toolbox is empty.
