Simple, when your child is in danger you remove them from the threat. It's called home schooling.
The last day my youngest ever attended public school was the day the school threatened to have him abducted from my home by force of government for being tardy. As I recall he was late 3 times. We'd push him out the door 15 minutes before the start of school but for some reason he just didn't feel like walking a city block in that amount of time was a priority. Well **** them! They weren't going to get away with that. I was loaded for bear.
