I got the first Pfizer dose last Saturday, sore arm and Sunday I had a low grade headache. No biggy.

I was at my Doctor on Monday and he believes the virus will become Endemic and will never go away. Over time, as more people are exposed to the virus and mutations, our bodies will have experience dealing with it and most likely it won't be as big of a deal. Like the seasonal flu. You can draw comparisons to the 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic, which was H1N1. That particular virus is still endemic...The 2009 Swine flu was a variant of it.

Regardless, if the vaccine prevents me from getting seriously ill, that's all that matters to me. I'm a pretty physically fit dude in my mid 40's, so I doubt it would kill me either way, but still.
