I had to sacrifice the fronts for R7's, hence only 2 tires vs. 4. R7's are the road race compound, and A7's (4 rears) are the autocross compound. A7's gain heat WAY faster, thus optimal for autocross. Nobody in the country can source the P265/35ZR19's. If I can find them, I'll buy 2 more sets of those for the front.
I need them for Sept. 6-9th. 5.5 sets of Hoosiers for that car since November of 21.
On a bright note, I have one of the all-time great alien drivers basically committed to co-drive my C8 in the championship. He has an extremely legit shot of winning the whole thing, and in turn winning me tires.
I will be towing 3 sets of wheels/tires, plus these 6 tires to Lincoln. If I can get the other 4, they will be delivered and mounted at the track in Nebraska.
