But slowing HOW? Infecting LESS people is PREVENTING spread.
SLOWING means something else. If I am exposed to 20 people daily and I am "slowing" the spread, does that mean that instead of them getting sick in three days, they get sick in two weeks?
The don't say "limiting either. Limiting might mean, of the 20, only 10 get sick. That's not slowing since those 10 are still able to spread.
A mask does not STOP the spread, it "slows" it. That makes no sense.
