I had to take a sick day from work today. Yesterday I was having bad headaches again and had to dip into my really awesome, good meds. Come to find out it was something to do with the stomach virus I was getting.
Now I can't keep any food down
I'll try some soup in a little bit after my stomach calms down. Any advice on foods that might work for me today?
