X1000. Your situation NOW is NOT how it has to be. You can change whatever you want to change. Diet, exercise, perspective, lifestyle, personality... It is ALL up to you here. Exercise is a GREAT way to relieve stress AND shed those unwanted pounds. You may even find a few group classes where you can workout together and meet some people that way too.

It was told to me a long time ago: Attitude determines altitude. If you have a defeatist attitude, don't expect much. You'll be Eeyore. But if you can get a positive approach through your life changes, then there is NO limit.

The choice, truly, is yours.
