We bought in '96 at 8.75%, refi in '98 to 7%, rode that bitch into the ground. Bought the 3 fam in '06 at 5.875%, rode that bitch into the ground. Bought the 2 fam in '17 at 3.625%, proceeds from the sale of the 3 fam used to pay that bitch off. No car loans either, retirement is on the horizon.
