Katech lost the contract after the ALMS GT1 efford ended (C6R). Since GM has been racing GT2 they have brought the engine program in-house.
The DP motors are a destroked LS9 block running 5.0 liters. I'm pretty sure these guys are one of the main motor builders for the GM setups:
