Since I had mine out, and on the bench, I took a hammer and smashed the plastic pulley off it's hub. Didn't take long to make it 2 pieces.
From there, any appropriately-sized 2 or 3 jaw puller will remove the hub from the PS shaft.
I used the Advance tool to draw the new (aluminum) pulley on the PS pump shaft, but still had to heat the pulley to get it to go, as I would have broken the tool otherwise. (Synister PS pulley - it was a VERY tight fit).
