Truthfully, I'm really blessed with a grounded kid who has a good head on his shoulders. Despite me, he has turned out really well, and of course I expect him to stay focused on his studies. He has held a job since he was 16 with the school system doing the after school program. He is starting on a new job search this week, so he will have income coming in through college. I was totally fine with him having a break, as he has the rest of his life to work. Unlike me at that age, he gets it.
