She's so ready to get into the workforce. Hell, she already is in a ton of meetings for her new job, has her company laptop, but doesn't officially get started until 1/4/21. If a job wants to pay for a graduate degree, she might consider one, but honestly, with her brains and her raw talent and drive, she can easily get by with her current education.
Fun fact, she had a spare 20 minutes today before she had to head to an outside appointment and she said "I'm bored".
If she's not going a million miles an hour, she doesn't know what to do with herself.
