More than that, why is it that just the two main ports in California are paralyzed? Why only California?

The Ports of Houston and Galveston are also very big ports, and they aren't complete cluster ****s....just the two in California. Maybe the fact that CA has emissions mandates for trucks that are virtually impossible to meet has something to do with this?

Texas doesn't seem to have any problems getting trucks in and out of our ports, and I am in the Port of Houston about once a month. No problems here.....just in CA.
