One pot. Super simple. I just use whatever meat happens to be on sale.
I usually only get the fujukinzuke and curry at the Asian market. They're usually too pricey on meat and veggies, just FYI. Ralph's has Sanderson's Farms boneless, skinless breasts for like $1.99/lb right now.
EDIT: You guys may have had the curry at Caitlin's grad party a few years ago.
