The dog shoots are going well. Getting a few more clients here and there. Winter is always slow and I'm working 7 days a week which kills my availability.
The people shoots? Horrible. I recently did a corporate headshot session and things did NOT go as planned. I got jammed into a spot I could hardly set up my backdrop in -nevermid the light's- and I had a light fail mid shoot. In short, it was absolute disaster. I think I can salvage the photos but it's going to take some work.
This is a completely unretouched RAW photo of just one of them. My left light which I was using for a fill died. I'd have moved the main light around more and tried to hide the shadow a bit but I didn't have ANY room. She was placed too close to the background which I couldn't change, the light shit the bed and I had to have somewhere to shoot from which used up the tiny space I did have.
I'm fairly confident I can fix this is PS but I can't stand too much post work. It bores the hell outta me.
