I'm on rrestriction until my BP is under control.
No biking, no stressing events, nothing yet.
Had a cardio stress test a couple of weeks ago, they stopped the test at phase 3 when my pressure hit 230...
Now on a new med, still averaging 140's over 90's. Ugh.
