Very cautious indeed. We've been selling to him for about 8 years and his family has been over a few times a year since then. If he's planning a con, he has surely put his time in.
He has put up 50% of the funds into a mutual account in the U.S. for the newest venture.
Interesting guy; he is an adjunct professor at Shanghai Normal University as well.
