also, that engine, is it one cam per bank?? what I call SOHC, in spite of there being 2 cams?? reason I ask is that my 2000 F150 5.4 engine has that and the chain guides went out, filling the sump with plastic and blocking the oil pump pickup so ZERO oil pressure.....
