I just saw this in my iPad notes from last night before I past out a little iinimbreated.
It was in response to I don’t remember.
So here it is anyway 24 hours later.

I have been back on my diet for about two weeks now.
This afternoon I drove to the diner and ate a healthy veggies omelette with one slice of unbuttered rye toast and half a serving of un-cheesed grits accompanied with 4 cups of black coffee.
Then I went home and did 14.5 purposely tough miles on my bicycle and came home and mixed up a combo shake of BCCA’s,electrolytes,greens,reds,fiber,enzymes and collagen.
Then a few hours later I ate a few fork fulls of veggies with 4 whiskey drinks and here I am now.
My quads have added probably 10lbs of muscle to my scale weight the last 4 months but I still need to get off the 5lbs of junk food fat right now from my midsection.
So in conclusion Cool 50th only ate about 1200 calories today and did about 1000 calories in cardio.
