When I hit a deer a couple of years ago, the insurance company and adjuster did look for, and found, the evidence of the deer on my car.

It's there. All over the tire and stuck in the grille. Just didn't photograph well. Here is a couple from right after I hit it. I think that's her shit up the side of the door.
