The "Strongly Approve" line is the more telling one of the bunch. It isn't that the "Disapprove" line is going up, it is that the other one is going down. Time will tell, but it's hard to win an election with <25% of the people thinking you are doing a good job.
As unemployment trends seem to be continuing, I can't imagine that number actually going up anytime soon.
