That's an old pic (from 2007), re-edited for this thread (to cover-up some trash in the foreground). That's just a short distance off-road, alongside the Haulover canal on north Merritt Island. There was a hard-packed sand road there, which was no trouble for the vette, but amusing that it was in a place normally frequented by big-wheeled trucks.
The car survived the abuse
, and was still my vacation car this year. The "12 year old Chevy" is doing good.
